Introducing the new sociam.in

We rebuilt our own front door, using the same principles we recommend to clients.

There is an old joke that the cobbler's children have no shoes. For a long time, the same could be said of agency websites: built in a hurry, updated never, while all the care goes into client work.

We decided to fix ours. The new sociam.in is live, and this note explains what changed and why.

Clearer solutions

We now describe our work as six connected solutions: brand strategy, brand design, websites and stores, apps and portals, intelligent systems and growth marketing. Each page explains the questions we answer, what is included and how we work.

Built around who we serve

Our projects are organised around four groups we know well: MSMEs, real estate channel partners, ecommerce entrepreneurs and bloggers and creators.

A blog worth reading

The blog brings together insight on industries, ideas, solutions, stories and news, written to be useful whether or not you ever work with us.

Use cases and case studies

Use cases show how the pieces fit together in everyday situations. Case studies document real work, starting with this website.

An assistant that knows its limits

Ask Sociam, the AI assistant in the corner of every page, answers questions from our published services and pricing. When a question needs a person, it says so and passes you along.

Honest pricing

Our pricing page shows plans in US dollars, with an indicative converter for other currencies. For businesses in India, we prepare a tailored proposal for each project.

A new face

You may have noticed a cow in mirrored aviators, wearing a golden bell with some confidence. That is our new mascot: calm, unhurried and quietly productive, which is how we think growth should feel.

We hope the new site makes it easier to understand what we do and to start a conversation. If something is unclear, or you spot something we could do better, write to venki.sociam@gmail.com. We read everything.
