Rising, by design.
The challenge
A capable agency with a website that undersold it.
Sociam began in Bengaluru in 2023 and grew from social media into strategy, branding, websites, apps and AI systems. Its website had not kept up. One long page tried to say everything, and a visitor could leave without knowing who Sociam was for or what to do next.
Updating it meant editing a single large file by hand, so new thinking rarely made it online.
The approach
We treated ourselves like a client.
We started where we start with every business: who do we serve best, and what do they need to hear first? The answer was four groups we know well: MSMEs, real estate channel partners, ecommerce entrepreneurs, and bloggers and creators.
From there we organised the work into six connected solutions, wrote each page around the questions owners actually ask, and kept every claim to what we could stand behind.
The strategy
Imagine. Build. Compound.
The idea at the centre is compounding: growth that comes from systems which keep working after the work is done. It shaped the headline, the way solutions connect and the blog, which is written to be useful long after it is published.
The brand gained a character to carry it: a cow in mirrored aviators and a golden bell, a mascot for steady, compounding growth, delivered with a sense of humour.
The build
Design and content, finally separated.
The site is static and fast, served from Cloudflare's network. Articles are written in a dashboard, saved as drafts, previewed in the real design and published with a click, so routine updates never touch code.
Enquiries are stored before any email is sent, so a lead is never lost to a delivery hiccup. Ask Sociam, the assistant on every page, answers from published services and pricing, and hands over to a person when it should.
The outcome
A front door that matches the work behind it.
Visitors can now see in seconds who Sociam serves, what it does and how to start. The team can publish new thinking as often as it has it. And the website itself has become a working demonstration of what we build for clients.
Like every system we design, it is built to compound. We'll update this story as the results come in.
